Finally an update part 1

Well hello,

I received an email from tim about my blog not being updated so I decided to do it in a large chunk.

I moved a couple of months ago and this resulted in me taking 45 minutes to cycle to work. Now it has dropped to freezing, my nuts are the size of peas on the way to work.
This would have set up bec and I for a year however we encountered another problem which I will come onto.
Anyway it was halloween the other night and ite must be a nice area where we stay as we had about 50 sets of kids come to the door for treats, and they were the most polite kids I have ever met.

I got news my parents were coming to visit. They werw coming for 4weeks, in fact they are here in the UK now. They are spending 2 weeks with my sistae in Lonson(Did I mentison that, probably not, well my sister holly is no here in London) and 2 weeks with me.
In my 2 weeks, we travelled to Paris. It was tough I have tyo say. My mum can walk all day, but my dad normally packs it in after 2 hours. Needless to day we could hav eseen more hoswever we saw a lot including:
The eiffel tower
The arch de triumph
The Lourve
The orangeree
The Musee De Orsay
The Sacre Coure at Monmatre,
plus may others

We didn't make it to Verselles, whcih I'll do next time I'm in Paris with Bec. I filled a 2GB memory card with photos so I must have had a good time.

I also took my parens to Prague last week. Bec also came along and Holly joined us part the way through.
Prague was suprising, that say the least. Its touristy and most of the shops were selling russian trickets and other things, but I'm not sure how much was actually from Prague.
We visited the oldtown, the jewish quarter(sheesh bad feelings in this area), the new town, Prague Castle, petrin Hill and wald to other areas. They even have a tescos.
While prices have gone up in Prague, i'd say its still pretty cheap. Just watch out for all the stag/bucks nights on the weekends.

Now that other thing I mentioned, we had some issues with becs funding and after going through the figures, could not afford to stay here, unless we lived on a steady diet of 2 minute noodles.
There was a lot of twoing and frowing (is that how you spell it?) which bec dealt with and she was approved to go home for finish her phd in Perth.

So news is were are going home to live in perth at the end of the year. Aussie in Cambridge I will be no more.

Phew enough typing for now, more pictures and text later...
